"Eq. Guinea Presents Housing Blueprints" discusses blueprints for an airport and various public buildings that are to be built within Equatorial Guinea and contracted through the Liberian government. It also discusses the methods by which these blueprints were presented (through the Equato Guinean Special Adviser on Ceremonial Issues). A hopeful look to a future of a cooperative Africa is also made. As well, the ideas behind the construction are also noted. Those ideas being public housing, schools, and a hospital named for the Liberian president.
This agreement seems to foster a nice hope rarely found in much of today's media. The hope for a prosperous unity between friendly countries who simply mean goodwill and support towards each other. I believe agreements like these are what countries should strive for: trusting relations that each country wholly agrees to with no military implications. This agreement is a sign of hope for Africa and the world as a whole.
This agreement demonstrates a hopeful future for the Equato Guinean people through the new school and hospital services and may mark a sign as a move toward more people centered government. Such a move would increase acceptance of their government not only from the people but also from world leaders who favor the rights of the people. Perhaps President Teodoro Obiang Nguema Mbasogo will come to have greater appreciation for his people and maybe even more so with the next Equato Guinean leader will the people be recognized.
